Toll Brothers planning luxury townhouse project for Montgomery County property

The Chevy Chase Land Company, a commercial real estate investment and asset management company with properties across the Washington metro area, Monday announced the sale of Chase Manor to Toll Brothers, Inc., a builder of luxury homes since 1967.
Located in the heart of Chevy Chase and first built in 1952, the former Chase Manor Apartments sits on almost four acres. Previously home to 67 garden-style apartments, the now vacant site will be redeveloped by Toll Brothers into a new residential community of 63 townhouses called Chevy Chase Crossing.
Over the past 130 years, The Chevy Chase Land Company has contributed approximately 10 million square feet of office, retail and residential spaces.
Toll Brothers Inc., a Fortune 500 Company, was founded in 1967 and became a public company in 1986. The Company serves first-time, move-up, empty-nester, active-adult and second-home buyers, as well as urban and suburban renters.
Toll Brothers builds in more than 60 markets in Maryland and 23 other states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington, as well as in the District of Columbia.
