Rehabilitation hospital to be built on Tucson’s south side

A bustling commercial development on Tucson’s south side is getting yet another major tenant.Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors Inc. recently broke ground on Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital, a new inpatient rehabilitation hospital going up at The Bridges, near Park Avenue and Interstate 10.It marks MYCON’s first ground-up construction project in Arizona and the company’s first project with Cross Hospitals, a partnership between Kennor Cross Hospital Investors and Nobis Hospital Investments that develop and manage new inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.“This is an exciting opportunity for MYCON as we continue our growth in the west,” said Ryan Stoll, partner and vice president of MYCON. “We are looking forward to working with Cross Hospitals to bring this state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital to life for the Tucson community.”
