LGE Design Build has fully delivered the Echo Park 303 industrial development totaling 676,176 square feet and secured at least one tenant for the project.Echo Park 303 in Glendale features two buildings — 455,936 square feet and 220,240 square feet — across 40 acres. HubStarr Logistics signed on for a 126,075-square-foot pre-lease for the 220,240-square-foot building before it was completed last year and has since expanded into the full space.Anthony Lydon, John Lydon and Kelly Royle of JLL handle leasing for the Echo Park 303, which was the first metro Phoenix industrial project developed by Echo Real Estate Capital.The new industrial facility is located near Northern Parkway and Reems Road in close proximity to the Loop 303.
