A new Paradise Valley mansion with more than 23,000 square feet of space sold for $33.5 million, a record price for an Arizona home sale.The house has been pulled from several big listing sites. But information from earlier listings showed it had six bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a large private gym with massage room, kids’ playroom and a safe room that connects to a basement with a shooting range. The house also has a pickleball court, golf simulator and dog-run walking path.A Wyoming LLC named after the address of the property bought the estate, according to Arizona real estate reports.
