The Orchard at Jigsaw Health takes pickleball to new heights, bigger stage


Back when avid pickleballers Ashley Leroux and Patrick Sullivan Jr. started making their mark with a supplement formulated for pickleball players’ hydration and energy needs, the sport was often not taken seriously, not played by many and considered an activity reserved for the senior citizen crowd.How times have changed.For the third consecutive year, pickleball is America’s fastest-growing sport out of 124 sports tracked by the Sports & Fitness Industry Association. And a 2023 Association of Pickleball Players report showed that 36.5 million people, 14% of the adult population, played pickleball at least once in the last year. And The Orchard at Jigsaw Health, the indoor pickleball court Leroux and Sullivan opened in Scottsdale in 2022, is riding that pickleball popularity wave.What is offered at The Orchard?The Orchard offers unique features not offered at traditional pickleball courts, such as a food and beverage license that allows for beer and wine in addition to food, and the capability to host private events.
