Say goodbye to Valencia, Fox Chapel and McDonald and hello to Export, Venetia and Aspinwall/Sharpsburg.This is according to data crunched in The Business Journals analysis of the country’s hottest housing markets based on fourth quarter 2024 listing and sales data from Intercontinental Exchange Inc. The analysis is intended to emphasize sales and pricing momentum in each ZIP code, using a weighted formula that includes quarterly and year-over-year data.
