
Atlanta-based MDH Partners has acquired a newly developed flex industrial project in Buckeye, bringing its total Arizona footprint to 1.7 million square feet.MDH paid $51 million in an all cash deal that closed in August for the facility, which spans two buildings that are 115,200 square feet and 134,400 square feet, totaling nearly 250,000 square feet.The KV Buckeye 10 project, developed by Denver-based Kentwood Ventures, was about 60% leased at the time of the sale. Plans for the $30 million project were first approved by the city of Buckeye in 2021.“Kentwood was fortunate to benefit from locating early in the robust I-10 corridor, dependable backers in ICM and CIBC and reliable support from the city of Buckeye,” said Jim Zemezonak at Kentwood Ventures.Built in 2023, it’s now home to tenants such as the city of Buckeye, industrial supplier Hajoca, automotive glass repair provider Safelite an …
