Nearly 29% fewer homes were listed for sale in New Jersey in June compared to the same month last year as part of a national trend showing tighter real estate market inventories, data from Realtor.com showed.Across New Jersey, 9,330 homes landed on the real estate market in June, at a median listing price of $550,000. New Jersey saw the 12th steepest decrease in new listings nationwide compared to June 2022, according to the data.Nevada, Arizona and Rhode Island saw the largest declines in new home listings since last year.
