Arizona Land Consulting unveils fresh Buckeye plans for mixed-use project


Phoenix-based Arizona Land Consulting has proposed a new mixed-use project across 72 acres in Buckeye that’s part of an overall master plan called Copper Falls.A general plan amendment was approved by the city of Buckeye for the 72 acres in June, paving the way for a development comprising up to 900 multifamily units with build-to-rent and garden-style apartments.About 16 acres covering the east portion of the site will also be set aside for new commercial and retail uses.The project will be located at the southwest corner of Miller and Broadway roads south of Interstate 10, an area slated for substantial housing growth. The overall Copper Falls master plan spans nearly 300 acres south of Broadway Road along the west side of Miller Road.Arizona Land Consulting acquired the 72-acre property in June for $16.71 million through Copper Falls Buckeye 72 Acres LLC, according to Maricopa County documents.Anita Verma-Lallian, …
