As Arizona awaits the impact of Hurricane Hilary this weekend, the Arizona Department of Transportation remains at work, releasing its short list of upcoming closures and restrictions for Valley highways.Notable closures will be seen along stretches of Interstate 17 and Loop 303.ADOT advised drivers to allow for extra time and plan alternate routes.
