Expect daytime lane restrictions on I-17 and SR 169 June 27-28 for guardrail repair
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to prepare for daytime lane restrictions on Interstate 17 and State Route 169 on Tuesday, June 27, and Wednesday, June 28.
Drivers should expect the following restrictions between 6 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.:

I-17 will be reduced to one lane only for southbound travel between mileposts 275 and 273, near SR 169.
The speed limit will be reduced in the work zone to 65 mph.
Road restrictions will be lifted each day after work hours.

These restrictions are needed so crews can safely repair a guardrail in the area.
