
Spend a few minutes talking with Milwaukee Bucks star guard Pat Connaughton and you quickly realize that he is not your normal NBA player.Connaughton is just as apt to talk about the Milwaukee area’s real estate market and the details of the latest project his firm Three Leaf Partners is developing as he is to tell you the prospects for the Bucks’ upcoming season or what it is like to play with superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo.As founder and CEO of Three Leaf, Connaughton leads one of the region’s larger apartment developers, with 20 employees and about $195 million of developments moving ahead this year, including major projects either proposed or underway in West Allis, Saukville, Shorewood and Milwaukee.
