A type of cannabis sold in Arizona was recalled on Wednesday due to pesticide contamination, according to the Arizona Department of Health Services.Concentrated cannabis extract sold as “DIME Mint OG,” batch number MOGBL0405, was recalled throughout Arizona marijuana dispensaries after the health department found the contamination during routine testing.AZDHS said the cannabis product tested positive for piperonyl butoxide, a pesticide that can cause skin irritation even in small amounts.The product was made by “DBA Dime Industries,” part of Nature’s Wonder, a dispensary with four locations in the Phoenix metro area.The health department said items under the batch number should not be ingested or inhaled and the products should be disposed.Anyone who may have consumed the product should seek medical attention if they experience any of the following symptoms.The pesticide in severe cases causing dizziness, headaches, vomiting, abnormal facial sensations and sensitivity to sound and touch …
