A build-to-rent community is slated to go vertical next month at Mayfair, a 1,900-acre community in New Braunfels.Empire Group, a Scottsdale, Arizona builder with product all across the Sun Belt, is about to kick off the 217-unit project in July. The community, called Village at Mayfair, is part of Empire’s Village build-to-rent brand.The community will feature cottage-style single-family homes averaging 1,023 square feet.
