Newly built Paradise Valley luxury estate sold for huge price


There’s a new clubhouse leader for luxury home sales in Paradise Valley.Joshua Peters, founder of Stately Living at Realty One Group, closed on the Paradise Valley property sale for $18.75 million in an all-cash deal. Scottsdale-based Norton Luxury Homes just finished building the 10,365-square-foot estate on 2.5 acres.The transaction closed Aug. 19 for $1,808 per square foot.”It’s also the most expensive spec home sold in Paradise Valley,” he said.This transaction represents the highest sale price in Arizona this year for a residential home, topping the $17 million sale of a modern Mediterranean estate that Salcito Custom Homes Ltd. recently built within the exclusive gated Silverleaf community in north Scottsdale. That transaction closed July 16.Phoenix Valuations President J. The lot had been sitting vacant since the 1920s, tied up in a family trust. Peters, who co-developed the luxury home under his Stately Living development firm, bought the lot about four years ago.Peters sold the property off-market to a local buyer for full asking price.
