Following an initial hearing on the fiscal year 2024-25 property tax levy in June, the Lake Havasu City Council is set to officially adopt an unchanged tax rate. At a June meeting, the council voted unanimously to approve the levy after hosting a truth in taxation hearing. The tax rate will remain $0.6718 per $100 in assessed value, though the revenue is expected to increase by $406,392 due to higher property values and new construction.
