
Merit Partners Inc. is developing two industrial buildings in the PV303 master-planned industrial center in Goodyear.The project, called Tex Industrial, includes a 100,737-square-foot warehouse and a 132,475-square-foot warehouse across 17 acres near the Loop 303 and Indian School Road.It’s being constructed by Stevens-Leinweber Construction and was designed by Cawley Architects. Leasing is being handled by Pat Feeney and Danny Calihan of CBRE Group Inc.The buildings feature a variety of bay sizes with 36-foot clear height, 60-foot speed bays, 140-foot to 190-foot secured concrete truck courts and 3,000 amps of power with capacity for more.
