
Crest Insurance Group plans to bolster its presence in the Phoenix metro by leasing a full floor at one of the Valley’s newest and most sought-after office buildings.Crest will effectively double its office footprint by way of a 17,000-square-foot lease on the ninth floor of 100 Mill in Tempe. The company plans to move from Scottsdale Financial Center III at 7272 E. Indian School Road in Old Town Scottsdale to 100 Mill in the fall of 2024.With Crest’s lease, all of the 287,000 square feet of office space at 100 Mill is now spoken for.Crest CFO Jon Addy told the Business Journal that the firm had been working on a deal to expand into 100 Mill for the past 18 months.
