Barker brings over two decades of industry experience to the role, having managed 700 agents across multiple states.In his new role, Barker will oversee a team of 180 agents and more than 10 teams, supporting their professional growth, in addition to the recruitment of new agents. He will also manage daily branch operations and implement new strategies to enhance the firm’s portfolio of services offered to both clients and agents.

Utilizing his prior experience, he said his long-term goal is to establish a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere where client care takes priority over commissions.

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Barker was a team leader and manager for a national real estate franchise.
