Arizona State of the State recap: Gov. Hobbs outlines priorities as Legislature convenes


Arizona lawmakers convened Monday for the first day of the 2024 session. Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs delivered her State of the State address, laying out her policy priorities for the year to a narrowly divided Legislature. The session comes ahead of pivotal elections in which Hobbs is leading a fundraising effort to topple Republicans’ one-seat majority in both legislative chambers.State of the State:Gov.
