Luxury broker races against the clock to sell former Coyotes’ owner’s Valley mansion


Joan Levinson of Realty One Group has a hard deadline to sell a $29 million mansion that just completed construction.She had listed the 15,378-square-foot estate in September for $27.5 million on behalf of her client, a limited partnership led by Andrew Barroway, while the residence has been under construction.Barroway — managing partner of hedge fund Merion Investment Management LP and former minority owner of the Arizona Coyotes — has toyed with the idea of taking ownership while it’s been under construction. He even ordered $2 million worth of furniture for the property.The home received its certificate of occupancy on Feb. 5, and now Barroway has put Levinson on the clock to sell the home by Feb. 22 or he’ll move in, the broker said.Once Barroway moves his family into the home at 10944 E.
