WILLCOX – The flurry of road construction that took place in the city over the past six months culminated at an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, May 29, in front of the Willcox Council Chambers.The mayor and council wanted to celebrate by inviting individuals and groups who were instrumental in achieving the road improvements, from local managers representing the city, to the Arizona Department of Transportation, District 14 State Representative Lupe Diaz, and District 19 State David Senator Gowan.
