With the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) citing impairment as a factor at the time of the crash, November’s fatal accident on Highway 89 approximately 25 miles north of Flagstaff resulted in charges of manslaughter, aggravated assault and extreme DUI.Delaine Jane Bedoni pleaded guilty to the three charges in Coconino County Superior Court on Monday as part of a plea agreement.
