The City of Flagstaff, its contractor Eagle Mountain Construction and the Arizona Department of Transportation have finished installing the large concrete structures for the new Milton Road pedestrian underpass as part of the Beulah University Realignment Project.As weather permits, work will continue through the winter months on the east and west sides of the pedestrian underpass as crews continue to construct the access ramps and appurtenances.
