Cody Drive, Phoenix.ABI Multifamily’s institutional Arizona team Alon Shnitzer, Rue Bax, Eddie Chang, and Doug Lazovick represented the buyer and seller, both in California.An entity tracing to Barak Turovsky sold the 80-unit property to an entity tracing to KDF Communities, according to Tempe-based Vizzda LLC real estate database.Built in 1988 on 5.06 acres south of the southeast corner of Broadway Road and Central Avenue, the property previously sold for $11.5 million in December 2020, $5.25 million in August 2018 and $1.1 million in September 2010, according to Vizzda.ABI Multifamily also negotiated the $2.83 million sale of the 12-unit The Hardy apartments in Tempe. ABI Multifamily’s Mitchell Drake, Dallin Hammond, and Carson Griesemer represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.An entity tracing to Rick M. Alvarez paid $235,416.67 per unit to an entity tracing to Amaly Q Trust for the property built in 1985 on 0.82 acres at 316-330 S. Hardy Drive, according to Vizzda.In April 2018, Amaly Q Trust had previously paid $1.9 million for the property to an entity tracing to Angel A.
