President-elect Donald Trump has pledged mass deportations of immigrants following record numbers of migrant encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border.Trump has not released specifics of such a plan, which the Pew Research Center estimates could affect at least a quarter-million Arizonans. But a large-scale operation to round up, detain and deport people who are in the U.S. could send major shocks to the U.S. workforce, especially in industries that heavily employ immigrants.
