Latest HSNAZ Rental Attainability Report shows Flagstaff rents stabilizing while prices remain high





Housing Solutions of Northern Arizona (HSNAZ) published its Rental Attainability Report for 2024 in November, including data that suggests rents in Flagstaff may be stabilizing.The nonprofit organization has published a Rental Attainability Report annually since 2015 — with the exception of 2020 due to the pandemic — using data collected during its survey of apartment complexes throughout Flagstaff. This year’s survey included 56 market-rate complexes (10,381 units) and 10 income-restricted complexes (724 units) that HSNAZ contacted between Sept. 20 and Nov. 15 of 2024.
