New Hampshire-based Porcupine Real Estate announced a partnership with blockchain technology provider Ubitquity’s NFTitle Network, a blockchain-powered title and technology platform.
Through this partnership, Porcupine Real Estate will integrate the NFTitle Network into its property management processes to ensure seamless and tamper-proof record-keeping.
By leveraging blockchain, this solution provides all parties involved in property transactions with enhanced security, transparency, and peace of mind, the companies said.
“We are excited to join forces with the NFTitle Network by Ubitquity,” Matthew Ping, principal broker of Porcupine Real Estate, said in a release. “This innovative technology aligns perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients. With Ubitquity’s blockchain platform, we can now record transactions and property data in a way that is not only secure but also easily auditable.”
