Housing prices in key battleground states track much closer to conservative-leaning states than liberal ones, according to research from Realtor.com examining real estate trends since the 2020 election. The analysis of seven swing states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin – found median listing prices averaging $216 per square foot over the past year, well below the $322 average in blue states while hovering just above the $192 seen in red states.
