A movie producer who made a Taylor Swift tour film bought a Paradise Valley mansion with fluted concrete fireplaces. It was among the top metro Phoenix home sales during early October.$11,480,000James “Winky” Fairorth, who produced the film “Taylor Swift: Speak Now World Tour Live” in 2011, paid cash for a 6,617-square-foot Paradise Valley house. The home with six bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms has views of Camelback Mountain, fluted concrete fireplaces, two kitchen islands, a glass wall to the patio in the primary suite, a steam shower and a glass-tiled negative-edge pool.
