Ahwatukee and other Valley real estate agents and experts said it’s unclear how Arizona will be impacted by last week’s $1.8 billion verdict against the National Association of Realtors and several of the country’s largest brokerages.In the first of two major antitrust cases that have rattled the real estate industry, a jury in Missouri ruled in favor of more than 260,000 home sellers in Missouri, Kansas and Illinois.They had accused the NAR and the other defendants of inflating agents’ commissions through rules governing multi-list services.
